Theresa received her training at the SUNY Orange Dental Hygiene Program and constantly updates her skills and education with continuing education courses. She is passionate about dental hygiene and the way it allows her to provide optimal dental health to her patients. She especially loves interacting with patients and giving them emotional support. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, riding her bike and her motorcycle, cooking, and spending time with friends.
Susan C.
Dental Hygienist
Susan is a highly skilled registered dental hygienist, who provides thorough care with a gentle touch. She is kind and empathetic and strives to make her patients feel comfortable throughout their appointments. She has extensive experience working in a variety of private practice settings including: prosthodontics, periodontics and implant dentistry.
She is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickenson university and SUNY orange and is certified to administer local infiltration anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia. She keeps current with the latest medical and dental research and technologies by regularly attending continuing education classes.
Previously, Susan was an Adjunct clinical instructor in the department of hygiene at SUNY orange. She presented continuing education courses on “infection control and barrier precautions” to dental hygienists.
Susan has a passion for educating her patients about their oral health and the importance of daily oral hygiene in preventing dental disease. She brings this passion for dental health education to local schools where she has presented hundreds of dental health education programs throughout the years.
Susan enjoys reading, yoga, hiking, biking kayaking, swimming and traveling. She loves spending time with her family, especially with her three daughters and two grandchildren.

Suzanne Graduated from Marywood Collage with a degree in Speech Pathology. Upon moving to NYC in 1986, she found her true passion in dentistry and has served as a patient coordinator since. Suzanne loves to greet and speak with our patients, providing proper knowledge on how to achieve the perfect smile! Patient advocacy is on the forefront and lines up perfectly with her overall enjoyment of people. She is happy to answer your questions, plan for appointments, help resolve concerns and make your visits positive.
On her free time, Suzanne loves spending time with her Husband Tom and twin sons Johnathan and Jared. She loves to shop and accessorize, and brings a little sparkle with her, wherever she goes.
Christina Escolano
Treatment Coordinator & Marketing Director
Christina has dedicated over 10 years to dentistry and has mastered all aspects of a dental office. She is a passionate treatment coordinator who loves building personal relationships, working through treatment concerns and creating financial plans to meet our patients needs. She is also our marketing director, bringing the tech savvy world and social media to our office.
On her free time Christina loves to spend time with Her Husband William & three children, Scarlet, Ivangelina and William. She loves music, concerts and collecting toys and records.
Tatianna Powzaniuk

Tatianna has been improving the dental experience for over 20 years. From practice management to establishing new offices, her in-depth knowledge of management systems, dental technology and trends keeps Dental Arts of Orange County at the forefront of the dental industry. She loves working with our talented dentists, amazing team, and wonderful patients to change smiles and lives. But she doesn’t only help patients here at Dental Arts of Orange County – she also works as a practice management consultant and coach, teaching other dental practices how to reach their full potential. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three beautiful children, snowboarding and backcountry touring.

Joanne has more than 20 years experience in the dental field. Dentistry is her passion and she thrives in the every changing progressive pace of our dental practice. With her expertise and knowledge of insurance she loves helping patients maximize their dental insurance benefits.
Her persistence to “fight for the underdog” is greatly appreciated by many of our patients! When you arrive at our office you will always be greeted by Joanne and her calm and pleasant demeanor. On her free time, Joanne, loves spending time with her husband and collecting four-legged fur babies.
Colbi S
Colbi always knew she was meant to help people, therefore, when she had an opportunity to assist in the dental office she knew she found her career. She truly enjoys helping patients achieve their optimal dental health and loves seeing their smile transformations. Colbi finds it exciting to witness the before and after on a cosmetic or Invisalign procedure. She excels in the hands-on aspect of dentistry and because she loves her work you will always see her working with a smile. Colbi loves spending her free time hiking and traveling with her loving husband and beautiful daughter.
